VI Festival of Non-Formal Education

Dear colleagues and friends!

We’re glad to inform you that the VI Festival of Non-Formal Education “Adult Education in

the 21st Century: Learn to Act” will take place on July 7-9, 2016! The Festival traditionally serves as a demonstration ground and a platform for professional interaction, exchange of experience, discussing the development prospects among providers of non-formal education and other interested parties. A significant contribution to this process can be made by broadening ties with global community and raising an issue of internationalization and Europeanization of adult education in Belarus. As a reference point for the work within the VI Festival of Non-Formal Education, the Manifesto for Adult Learning in the 21st Century was selected – a document developed and published by the European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA)[1].
